The house must be vacant at the time of inspection.
Step 3. On-site Professional Inspection

Inspection experts visit and inspect the unit.
•
Attach defect stickers and take photos.
•
Brief on inspection results.
Step 4. Report Preparation and Delivery
•
Send the inspection report via email or text message (to the client, landlord, and real estate agent).
Comprehensive Inspection Report
We will send you a comprehensive report as soon as possible after the inspection.

- All original photos taken
- Body cam footage from the start to the end of the inspection (if requested)

Service Cost

One or two professional inspectors will visit and perform the inspection, which takes about 2 hours.
