This visa is issued to foreigners who establish a company in Korea and engage in business or commercial activities.
1.
For those who intend to manage a company or engage in commercial activities in Korea after bringing in foreign capital of at least 300 million KRW in accordance with the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act and the Foreign Exchange Control Regulations, and registering as a business under the Value-Added Tax Act.
2.
For individuals who have registered as an investment company with a capital of at least 300 million KRW after filing a foreign investment report under the Foreign Investment Promotion Act.
Required Documents
1.
Integrated application form (Form No. 17), a copy of the passport, and one photo
2.
Business license (if applicable), a copy of the business registration certificate, and the investment company registration certificate (if applicable)
3.
Proof of the introduction of business funds
•
Remittance confirmation, foreign exchange purchase certificate, customs declaration, export declaration to the relevant country, etc.
4.
Proof of capital use
•
Receipts for goods purchases, purchase and sales slips, domestic bank account, account transaction details, etc.
5.
Proof of business performance (for C-3-4 holders engaging in business activities)
•
Export and import declaration, purchase and sales slips, VAT preliminary or final return
6.
Proof of business premises
•
Lease contract, photos of the business premises, office space, signboard, etc.
7.
Original and copy of the joint business agreement (if applicable)
•
Must include total capital, share distribution, and profit distribution method.
